Jeroen Pool (NL, 1986) is a Stockholm-based documentary director, researcher and editor.
Jeroen’s first short film ‘The Cut’ premiered in 2015 and won multiple festival awards. Jeroen has since started working on a number of autonomous and commissioned films, the latter mainly for NGO, governmental, educational and non-profit organisations worldwide. Clients include KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Reach for Change and Dutch municipalities and tourist boards.
Documentary films and series Jeroen has worked on as researcher and production assistant were aired on Dutch national public television (VPRO, VARA, HUMAN, EO/IKON, AVROTROS), Swedish national public television (SVT) and screened at international film festivals. Several of these productions are internationally acclaimed and awarded, including an Emmy nomination, a Swedish Film Award and a BANFF Rockie Award.
Commercial editing work includes clients such as BabyBjörn, Casumo and C2 Vertical Safety.
